1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to KCustomBoxes. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or submitting an order for custom packaging, boxes, inserts, sleeves, tissue paper, or paper cups, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Orders, Proofs & Artwork Approvals

• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Our standard MOQ begins at 50 units per design variant, unless otherwise specified for specialized products.
• Digital Proofs: We provide 3D digital mockups and flat layouts for customer verification. Production will not commence until you review and formally approve your digital proof.
• Color Accuracy: While we maintain precise PMS and CMYK color matching standards, slight color variations may occur between digital screens and physical print stock due to paper textures and lighting conditions.
• Client Responsibilities: You are fully responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, logos, text, and graphics comply with copyright laws and do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Pricing, Fees & Taxes

We maintain transparent pricing structures without hidden configuration or setup fees for standard die-lines. All quotes provided are valid for a limited period as specified in the proposal. Full payment or agreed-upon deposits must be cleared prior to mass production and dispatch.

4. Shipping & Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround times typically range between 8 to 10 business days following final artwork approval. We offer complimentary standard shipping across the United States. While we strive to meet all projected delivery dates, KCustomBoxes is not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or unforeseen transit disruptions.

5. Returns, Refunds & Claims

Because all custom packaging products are manufactured specifically to your unique dimensions, branding, and specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If your order arrives with verified manufacturing defects or substantial discrepancies from your approved proof, please contact our support team within 5 business days of receipt with photo evidence for evaluation and resolution.

6. Limitation of Liability

KCustomBoxes shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our custom packaging products, including loss of revenue or business interruption.
